Site development includes off-site new entrances, earthwork, site utilities, and site amenities, including a pickleball court, a dog park, a playground, fencing, and screen walls.

Elevate Ave Maria will feature approximately 300 modern residences, including Assisted Living and Memory Care units, Independent Living duplexes and hybrid homes. Anchored by a scenic lake, the campus includes a 3-story Assisted Living facility, a central clubhouse, and resort-style amenities such as a pool, fitness and wellness center, dog park, coffee shop, maker’s space, and shared green space.

The project included new building construction, site work, interior buildout, exam rooms, treatment areas, support spaces, and systems coordination for a fully operational animal care facility.
