We are proud to lead two interconnected projects enhancing community spaces and parking solutions.

The first focuses on revitalizing the 200 block of North Walnut and the Depot Lot, transforming the area with streetscape improvements, a public gathering space featuring a playable fountain, fire features, and a pavilion with an ice rink and 43 parking spaces.

The second project expands parking with 159 additional spaces, including upgrades to the Wetmore Street right-of-way, repurposed state property, and Center Street. These efforts address critical community needs and create lasting improvements for residents and visitors.
