Throughout the past 20-years we have worked together on a multitude of projects and solved a seemingly endless list of problems. Not once have we faced a challenge we could not overcome.

The list of national companies that you build for, including Walgreens, LA Fitness, Whole Foods (and many more) is amazing.  I am sure that several companies may get an opportunity to build a single location for these types of national retailers, but how many companies are asked to build 100 or more? The answer is, not many.  The repeat business, and the relationships that you have built is a testament to you and your company’s ability to construct high quality buildings, on time and on budget. 

Your company has not only constructed over 25 buildings for my company (Walgreens, restaurants, banks, and veterinary hospitals), but you have provided invaluable assistance in budgeting and value engineering on many projects.  Your willingness to assist my company in the due diligence and feasibility of new projects has been invaluable.  I can’t thank you enough for your guidance in helping determine the financial feasibility of prospective developments, particularly during this highly inflationary environment.   

Gleeson Constructors is built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and hard work.  Great organizations start with great people, and I have had the pleasure of working with all the talented professionals within the organization and I can say, without hesitation, the individuals within Gleeson Constructors are great people.

The HOLP Board of Directors held their first meeting since completion of our pool renovation. During this meeting, there was extensive discussion regarding how pleased Board members, and our residents, are regarding the quality, functionality, and beauty of our new pool. Of course, we all remember our initial meeting, during the “dark days” of our pool renovation disaster. You provided us with your sincere assurance that you and your team would, literally, come to our rescue and complete this project in a manner consistent with our needs and expectations, while also being on-time and on-budget.

Ultimately, you not only met, but exceeded, our expectations and we hope you will accept our sincere thanks and appreciation.
