C.E. Gleeson Constructors has completed Floor & Decor locations nationally, with stores ranging around 60,000 square feet. These big box retail projects include both ground-up construction and existing retail conversions, each built around Floor & Decor’s high-volume sales, warehouse-style storage, customer pickup, loading dock, and design center operations.

Gleeson’s Floor & Decor experience includes full site development, building shell coordination, structural modifications, concrete slab work, polished floor finishing, loading dock construction, truckwell and compactor coordination, customer loading areas, storefront and entrance upgrades, facade improvements, canopies, exterior service areas, parking lot improvements, sidewalks, ADA routes, site lighting, landscaping, and signage infrastructure.

Across these projects, Gleeson has coordinated pre-engineered metal building systems where applicable, along with existing building renovations involving demolition, slab repairs, new masonry openings, roof repairs and penetrations, EIFS and exterior finish restoration, storefront modifications, overhead doors, dock equipment, smoke and heat vents, fire access doors, and racking layouts.

Interior scopes have included full tenant fit-outs with sales floors, stockrooms, customer pickup areas, design centers, offices, restrooms, break rooms, training rooms, cash rooms, data rooms, fire pump or sprinkler rooms, and support spaces. Gleeson also coordinated high-piled storage protection, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, low voltage, security, specialty retail fixtures, design center displays, millwork, dock equipment, and national account vendor scopes.
