Roles AT C.E. GLEESON CONSTRUCTORS

  • Project Manager

Construction Project Managers plans and oversees the building process of various construction projects from start to finish.

Their duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers.

  • Superintendent

Construction Superintendents complete organizational and project management responsibilities to effectively lead the construction team and ensure they have all of the resources they need. 

They are responsible for managing teams of contractors, including work schedules, project progress, resource allocation, cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs.

  • Estimator

Construction Estimators are responsible for providing estimating data for both conceptual and hard bid estimates.

They coordinate plan/spec hard-dollar estimates/bids, generate conceptual estimates with detailed scope description and unit price breakdown and maintain in house unit price data for all components of work and various regions of the country

  • Project Engineer

Project Engineers are responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.

They will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
