This tenant improvement project for Whole Foods was located in the heart of downtown Miami, requiring precise coordination and scheduling due to limited site access, heavy pedestrian traffic, and tight delivery windows.

The interior build-out included metal stud framing, premium finishes, toilet rooms, offices, breakrooms, and customer-facing areas. Back-of-house work featured a receiving department, stockroom, prep kitchens, and installation of coolers, freezers, and grocery equipment.
