Typical construction scope includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, CMU or structural steel shell construction, steel joists, metal roof deck, membrane roofing, parapets, storefront glazing, automatic entry systems, exterior masonry or EIFS finishes, site paving, sidewalks, utilities, landscaping, site lighting, and drive-thru improvements.
Interior work includes pharmacy casework, secure partitions, sales floor finishes, ACT ceilings, checkout areas, retail shelving, restrooms, stockroom buildout, employee spaces, wall protection, and owner/vendor fixture installation.
