C.E. Gleeson Constructors completed the tenant improvement buildout for Mad Nice Coffee at Somerset Collection Mall. This project delivered a high-end, modern café space featuring custom millwork, a curved service counter, specialty lighting, and signature interior finishes throughout. The scope included new interior partitions, storefront and glazing coordination, premium tile flooring, decorative wall finishes, and full MEP integration to support café operations.
