C.E. Gleeson Constructors has completed six Fresh Market projects, delivering grocery retail spaces with specialized food service, refrigeration, and high-finish customer areas. Scope across these projects included selective demolition, slab sawcutting and trenching for underground plumbing and refrigeration lines, concrete slab infill, structural openings, storefront modifications, sales floor buildout, produce, bakery, deli, meat, seafood, prepared foods, checkout, receiving, back-of-house prep areas, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, refrigerated cases, food prep rooms, employee spaces, restrooms, and storage areas.

Construction included metal stud partitions, FRP wall protection, stainless steel wall panels, quarry tile, porcelain tile, sealed concrete, ACT ceilings, gypsum soffits, specialty millwork, casework, service counters, floor drains, grease waste piping, roof penetrations for rooftop equipment, exhaust fans, Type I hood work where required, fire protection, plumbing, electrical service, lighting, low-voltage systems, refrigeration piping, and store fixture installation.
