C.E. Gleeson Constructors completed the ground-up construction of a 65,450-square-foot Floor & Decor in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The project featured precast concrete wall panels, structural steel framing, wood truss framing, concrete slab construction, TPO roofing, standing seam metal roof elements, precast entry towers and pilasters, truckwell construction, loading dock equipment, compactor pad, customer pickup canopy, underground stormwater detention systems, and high-piled storage racking coordination.
