Durham County Criminal Justice Resource Center
C.E. Gleeson ConstrucTors
This project featured renovations to the existing 40,600 square foot Criminal Justice Resource Center Building.
The third floor of the building was previously the Durham Annex Jail.

Restrooms and building technology were upgraded. Project consisted of replacement of all exterior glazing with insulated glazing panels, historic steel sash frame rehabilitation, increased perimeter insulation, and exterior concrete repair and waterproofing.
Being fully-occupied during construction, construction was phased to minimize downtime and maximize occupant productivity and comfort during construction to the greatest extent possible.
