This renovation project transformed an existing space within the Miami Worldcenter into a high-end Club Studio fitness facility. Work included selective demolition, extensive interior remodeling, and upgrades to meet Club Studio’s luxury brand standards. Scope covered interior metal framing, MEP coordination, modern finishes, fitness studios, locker rooms, and recovery zones. Located in one of the busiest mixed-use developments in downtown Miami, the project required strict logistics planning, off-hour deliveries, and close coordination with the property’s operations team to avoid disrupting surrounding tenants and ongoing public activity..
