DESCRIPTION

C.E. Gleeson Constructors completed two Bob’s Discount Furniture interior build-outs, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet of retail space. The work included converting existing retail shells into large-format furniture showrooms with open sales floors, customer service areas, offices, restrooms, stock/storage areas, receiving spaces, and back-of-house support rooms. Construction scope included selective demolition, metal stud framing, gypsum board partitions, ACT ceilings, showroom lighting, electrical distribution, low-voltage rough-ins, HVAC modifications, fire protection updates, plumbing work, flooring, wall finishes, doors, frames, hardware, restroom finishes, and installation of retail fixture and display areas. The projects required clean showroom finishes, wide customer circulation paths, durable sales floor materials, lighting suited for furniture displays, and practical back-of-house layouts for merchandise handling and daily store operations.
