Arts and Technology Academy Pontiac

C.E. Gleeson Constructors completed interior renovations for the Arts and Technology Academy of Pontiac, transforming existing interior spaces into an early childhood gymnasium and updated classrooms.

The project involved selective demolition, structural modifications, MEP system updates, and architectural finishes to support the facility’s evolving educational and athletic programs.

By repurposing underutilized space within the existing building, the renovations enhanced the school’s ability to offer expanded physical education, extracurricular activities, and modern learning environments.
