DESCRIPTION

Midtowne Pointe is a ground-up, 19-building residential community totaling 186 homes and roughly 210,000 square feet on a 12.3-acre site in Royal Oak, MI.

Developed as a HUD-financed (FHA-insured) project, the program blends two-story townhomes over full basements with multi-story flat buildings, all anchored by a 3,230-SF community building.

Each structure is wood-frame construction on cast-in-place concrete foundations, finished in a traditional palette of brick veneer, manufactured stone, and vinyl siding beneath asphalt-shingle roofs. Inside, homes range from one- to three-bedroom layouts.

Beyond the homes, residents enjoy a genuine slate of amenities, including a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children’s playground, a gazebo, and covered carport parking among more than 400 on-site spaces.
