DESCRIPTION

The project consists of five four-story wood-framed SOG buildings with membrane roofs, including four apartment buildings with a total of 160 Units, and one building with 30 Units and a Clubhouse—Administrative area, with a total vertical construction of 161,200 square feet. Site development includes off-site new entrances, earthwork, site utilities, and site amenities, including a pickleball court, a dog park, a playground, fencing, and screen walls.
