C.E. Gleeson Constructors is building Coconut Crossing in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, a new multi-building retail and restaurant development at Northlake Boulevard and Coconut Boulevard. The current set includes ground-up construction of multiple shell buildings,

including a 4,200-square-foot single-tenant business building, a 14,600-square-foot multi-tenant retail/restaurant building, and a 10,130-square-foot multi-tenant retail/restaurant building. Scope includes concrete foundations and slabs, structural framing, masonry and framed wall systems,

storefront and impact-rated glazing, tenant entry systems, parapet and facade construction, aluminum composite material accents, canopies, awnings, roof assemblies, roof access ladders, rooftop unit support coordination, roof-mounted pipe supports, tenant signage zones, dumpster enclosures,

 bollards, drive-thru/menu board foundations, grease interceptor coordination, sanitary service cleanouts, site lighting, parking lot lighting, irrigation, landscaping, sidewalks, accessible routes, loading areas, and trash/recycling service areas.

The project also includes shell MEP infrastructure for future restaurant, mercantile, and business tenants, with fire alarm, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and rooftop equipment coordination built into the base building scope.
