C.E. Gleeson Constructors completed the interior buildout and renovation for the new Club Studio fitness facility in Coppell, Texas.

The project transformed an existing commercial space into a high-energy, modern health club featuring state-of-the-art workout areas, group fitness studios, locker rooms, and member amenities. Work included selective demolition, new mechanical and electrical systems, upgraded finishes, specialty flooring, custom millwork, and installation of fitness equipment infrastructure. The result is a dynamic, functional space designed to provide an elevated fitness experience for the local community.
